The ghee was very weak surprisingly, otherwise it's their usual burfi. Very sweet but not overly so
Supposed to be a milk cake, so I'm not very sure how authentic this is
However this was very interesting. The texture is honestly very difficult to describe, even tho it's not very weird. It's kind of like small bits of fudge, with more bite, but also not really. However there's a complex flavour to it and some savouriness. Very, very sweet too
I'm not a big fan of this, but it's palatable.
It's a jelly, but actually it's more solid than it looks. The various nuts were nice but predominantly there's this very strong aroma which is super nostalgic but I can't identify it. Enjoyable but very sweet, good with something that needs sugar
Apologies for the photo
Lighter in flavour, and honestly can't really taste the pistachio. Pleasant nonetheless, but very sweet as usual
The texture is almost cake like, but also with a very fine moist sandiness. Really pleasant
Flavour was good too, this had a nice roasted buttery flavour which is reminiscent of a CNY snack
It's extremely crumbly and crunchy, quite dry as well. Apparently it's made from sugee if I'm understanding her correctly? Imagine raw oat flakes with smaller grain, and extremely sweet. It's as if half the weight is sugar
