Luke's Lobster (Jewel Changi Airport)

Not particularly great, the lobster wasn’t that fresh.
But if you just need a quick bite in jewel (cause jewel is soooo crowded) then it does the job!

Half a lobster roll, half a crab roll, and half a shrimp roll. One of the best thing to order so that you can try all at once. This was definitely different from burger and lobster as the seafood had minimal seasoning which wasn’t a bad thing cause you could taste the sweetness and freshness of the seafood. Extremely well done however I find that the bread could be grilled longer.

Fluffy crisp buttery buns, chunky sweet and succulent lobster flesh. Very satisfying indeed when you don’t have to share.

Okay only. Sourish with light sweetness and is a bit watery. Haiz.
