Newly opened Lok lok, fried or broiled! Based at the east side of SG kopitiam, its surely crowded during dinner time. The fried broccoli reminds me of the loklok street stalls in JB, such awesome fried stuff! Love it! 1 stick @ $1! Excluding seafood. Damage done here $44 for 3 people.

Lok Pot by Lucky 5 is bringing Lok Lok to the East with prices starting from $1/stick. Be spoilt for choice with the variety of ingredients — have it either in their soup base (we had the chicken and tomato) or ask for them to be barbecued/fried! I was hooked onto the juicy barbecued mushrooms with a dash of seasoning spices. The fried option worked well with the bacon enoki roll and the beancurd skin! As for the soup, I enjoyed the sliced fish and vegetables as they soak up the flavours from the soup. Don't forget to grab the Maggie noodles too!

The condiments bar is filled with sauces such as Chilli Crab, Extra Spicy, Cincalok and Thai Green Chilli which is self served. In addition to the lok lok, I'll definitely recommend you to get the Bamboo Clams ($8 for 1 - split into 2 halves) and Oysters ($3) that are fresh and slabbed with lots of minced garlic.

Lok Pot by Lucky 5 is open daily from 5pm-2am so now you know where to solve your midnight hunger pangs!

Prices ranges from $1 onwards and they are currently doing an opening promotion this month! Just $9 per head spending, your soup base and sauces will be at no charge! Big love for their grilled Bamboo Clams ($8 each), cooked to perfection (where it's not chewy at all) and given lots of garlic love ❤️ Try out their homemade sauces as well, interesting ones are the satay sauce and the Chilli crab one!

Craving for some lok lok hotpot but JB is just too far away? Opened till late, you can only have your dinner/supper at this new steamboat eatery, located at Bedok! Prices start from $1 per skewer and you can either opt for it to be cooked in the steamboat (which has several soup based for you to choose from), barbequed or deep fried (with their specially concocted in-house spice mix sprinkled on top).

What more if it's a version similar to loklok!

Say goodbye to late night drives to JB to satisfy your cravings when you have a store that opens till 2am in the morning! 🙌🏼 Choose from 30 over ingredients (I think, cause I lost count) & choose between either soaking them into your soup bases, or have them deep-fried or BBQ-ed!
Thoroughly enjoyed the Tom Yum Soup & Dried Scallop soup bases that we tried. 🤤 Not forgetting the super addictive deep fried kway teow ($2). More on that soon in my upcoming post!

No need to travel all the way in JB but can satisfy craving easily at this store nestled in Bedok. Open from 5pm till 2am daily TOO! Delicious skewers cooked in 3 different ways (hot pot, barbecue or deep fried) with a selection of 5 different soup bases! You'll be spoilt for choice as arrays of skewers and ingredients are available and starting from just $1/stick.
