Notable for their lamb cuts, they certainly did not disappoint with their thinly sliced meat that did not exude any gamey flavours. Special shoutout to their lamb skewers, which are smokey and seared in all the right places. Tender and juicy, the cumin showered upon it makes this extremely flavourful and I simply couldn't stop at 1. It may be a little too salty for some, but I'm a 重口味 person so this is right up my alley.

My very first visit at @ and I was at a loss on what soup to order so the staff recommended that I take up their most popular soup combination, which is Original White Soup and Mala. I can see the rationale behind this combination, where the light, almost herbal-like White Soup helps to complement the fiery, spicy and flavourful Mala broth that's on the other spectrum. I didn't quite enjoy the White Soup though, as it tasted a little bland for me, or it could be because my taste buds were too accustomed to the Mala broth but nevertheless, it did help to counter the heat from the peppercorns. The Mala broth here was different from what I was accustomed to - clear and light, unlike the thick and dense version that we see at various other hotpot places but that did not affect its taste.

My first time having lamb meat for hotpot in Singapore. The meat was cut in a bite-size 2x2 cm square, making it super easy to cook (just dip it for a few seconds). Totally recommend the signature lamb as they were super fatty and tender, which melted in your mouth.

The meatballs were mostly sold out so only managed to try the fishball with fish roe. It was okay but definitely want to try their other variant of seafood balls.

Not a big fan the soup. Tried the white original as suggested, since it is only available for dine-in while the other soup bases (mala, mushroom, tomato) are available in packets for take-out. The white soup taste like pepper bakut-teh soup, while the mushroom is a typical mushroom soup.

Additionally, they have free-flow condiments and cut fruits package for ($3).

Quality of ingredients and variety are good. Didnt quite like the lamb kebabs amd they are pretty expensive. Super crowded so be sure to make reservations prior. Staff service was excellent.

Came here cos there's an hr of waiting time at Haidilao. There's only 3 table of customers. Service, cleanliness was all good. Ordered tomato soup base, wasn't as flavourful as the one at Haidilao. Options on the menu wasn't much as well, didn't see stuff like pig's brain liver, cow stomach, etc that we usually sees in other Chinese hotpot restaurant.

Ordered
1. Tomato soup base $16
2. Signature Premium beef Selection x2 $18/plate
3. Kurobuta Pork x2 $10/plate
4. Beef ball $8 (very hard, not nice at all)
5. Quail egg $6
6. Fried beancurd roll $8
7. Potato $5
8. Toufu $4.50
9. Sweet potato noodle (宽粉) $4. 50
10. Tang O $3.50
11. Deep fried you tiao $4.50 ( thick floured n not crispy, dun recommend)
12. Beverage x2 $8.80
13. Condiment x1 $4
Total - $151.72 for 2 pax.

Don't think I'll come back. Will go to Da Long Yi @orchardcentral if there's crowd. 同心如意@boatquay and 海底捞 still the better choice.

And just to show the marbling again. Although once cooked I couldn't really discern it from the regular beef.
