Craving this Penang Laksa we tried awhile back at Gu Cheng. Cooked in a fish-based, spicy and tangy soup, the rice noodles are plump and springy—my absolute favourite!

I've been a huge fan of Baker & Cook and the opening of new outlets mean I have more choices of cafes to work from. Heard about Plank pizza and Baker & Cook at Swan Lake Avenue when they first opened, but being in the East it's a little inaccessible to me since I stay in the North and work in the West which usually leads me to visit the Chip Bee B&C.
However, the other day I hauled my ass to Bedok just to try this pizza and it didn't disappoint one bit. Although Lil Wayne (yes that's what the nice crew member is named there) mentioned that the Gluten-free pizza base is not as chewy and the dough can't be pulled as large as the normal sourdough pizza, it was still crisp, tasted great and it was still a generous portion for sharing. We had the Christmas/Weekly special with lots of toppings including turkey ham, parma ham, vine ripened tomatoes, seasonal fruits, cranberry sauce, pomegranate, rocket, mozarella cheese and parmigiana cheese. All the elements tasted great together making this the best pizza I've had in ages!

Love how each dish at The Rabbit Stash takes you on a little taste adventure. Part of the Ensophi (7-course degustation) is this garden of flavours starting with San Marzano tomato, yuzu crystal, onion, asparagus jelly and finishing off with tangy passionfruit sorbet. Plenty of elements on the plate with very different flavours yet all work well together to take your tastebuds on a stroll through a beautiful garden.
I wish I recorded this meltdown of chocolate Saturn, but we were too caught up in the moment gushing about the beauty of this artistic food composition. I'd love to taste the pop rocks dancing on my tastebuds again.
This dinner is definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had in Singapore thus far. Loved it in every way. Professional, classy, yet service was down-to-earth and friendly even with a little guessing game thrown in to spike curiosity. Ambience is cosy, perfect for groups who know how to enjoy each other's company, ladies nights and it's a perfect place to bring your SO to get away for a night of deliciousness.
I'll stop rambling now. But I really liked this dinner!

Enjoyed the 7-course degustation menu for dinner last night at The Rabbit Stash and finished off with this dessert that was out of this world!
Of course all good things must come to an end… Hot chocolate sauce melts down this perfect Saturn into a delicious gooey mess. I couldn't stop digging into the chocolate mix that includes pop rocks! Love how there are surprises in the taste experience of every dish.

Awesome Carolina Honeys flavour Baby Back Ribs. Fall-off-the-bone tenderness and are nice and sweet. Coleslaw and corn on the cob sides... The coleslaw doesn't suit my taste >.
Desserts at Paris Baguette. Can't go wrong with the Strawberry Shortcake! Soft and fluffy and held together with smooth whipped cream. Not too sweet either.
