Tofu mushrooms and edamame salad dinner meal. Grilled tofu, sautéed mixed mushrooms, edamame beans, walnuts and plum sesame dressing.
First lunch of the new financial year, back at my fave Aussie style cafe. My big crunchy chicken caesar salad with mixed greens, parmesan cheese and sarnies dressing, roasted chicken, croutons, and generous serving of crispy bacon. Absolutely good stuff and I also recommend their sandwiches!
Oven roasted beetroot and butternut pumpkin salad ($9.00) with feta cheese, mesclun green, dried tomatoes, and pine nuts in honey mustard dressing.
Complimentary homemade hard buns aside with butter and jam. The bread was just too hard, and essentially killing my bite. Overall, the salad was still enjoyable.
