Thanks Ariel and Jeremy for the great hospitality! Enjoyed learning about how Ingleside specialises in fermentation and dry aging. Personally am a huge fan of wood fired cooking, and we loved every dish we had in the dinner course menu. Must tries are the Wagyu Picanha, which had a lovely char and was so juicy that it surprised us (the roasted shallot was amazing too), and the deconstructed lemon tart dessert.
We also liked the Maitake and Pork, which was quite literally melt in the mouth. Will be back to try the Carabinero Prawn!! Heard that they change their menus monthly which I’m looking forward to.
A great option for tasty and authentic Japanese fare with hard-to-find dishes available on their menu! Particularly enjoyed the negitoro don here – it had a great mix of lean and fatty tuna, was seasoned well and had great texture. Loved the mentaiko salmon sushi and the mentaiko crab gratin as well! Service was very prompt as well, was shown to our tables and served food very quickly.
Was wowed not only by the food, but by the warm and attentive service of the staff as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the Burrata di Puglise starter, which had the most beautiful charred grapes! The Meadesmoore cut was also impressive. It was very tender, cooked to a perfect medium rare doneness and had a great mix of lean and fatty meat.
I’m not typically a huge tiramisu fan but the tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever tried. Creamy, not too sweet and a generous serving as well.
Really appreciated the great service from the team at Meadesmoore, they were friendly and engaging and took the time to explain each of the dishes in detail to us. Abby, our server, was so fun to converse with! Also noted that they even provided amenities like singular serve mouthwash in the bathroom, which was such a nice touch!
