I had a great time at ShuKuu Izakaya & Sake Bar. We ordered quite a few but I particularly enjoyed the Torikawa Orosbi Ponzu and the Hotat Mentai. They have a wide variety of skewers and I would recommend to have it salted instead of the teriyaki sauce but that is just a personal preference. The Gyu Don is a must try to!
FBG is a great steakhouse for everyone. Great location as you can have a stroll in Botanic Gardens before enjoying steak at FBG. We had Fried Camembert to start. I’m a cheese lover so I really enjoyed it. Dipping it with Truffle Honey really made the taste even better. We also had Kale Salad and Broccolini as our sides. They had very interesting taste. The Kale Salad was so creamy and I just felt like I needed more of it! We had Denver and Ribeye steak as our mains. It was medium rare. Loved it! We also ordered Aperol Spirit as they had 1 for 1 special on Monday. Overall, I would recommend this to everyone!
The Beef Rib Stew was amazing! Ordered the Spicy Level 2. Personally it wasn’t as spicy as I thought, so for spicy lovers I suggest going for Spicy Level 4!
Came for a Sunday lunch and there was already a long queue before the opening. I ordered the Prawns & Pork Ribs with dry noodle. The soup was to die-for as it had a sweet taste to it. The soup can be refilled with additional $1.50! But I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the prawn and pork rib and the generous amount of noodle it had. We also ordered Ngoh Hiang, Crispy Prawn Cracker, QQ Sausage, Seafood Roll, Sotong Youtiao and Liver Roll to go along with our noodles. I’m pretty sure we over ordered but personally, I liked the Ngoh Hiang the most. I recommend topping it up with a glass of cold lime juice to quench your thirst! All in all, would come here again!
