Lemongrass Chicken in Claypot has chopped wings braised in lemongrass sauce. This has a familiar flavour as it share similarities to Chinese food and is a comforting dish to have!

Five Spice Butter Quail is prepared the French way with a butter bath before being rubbed down and marinated with Vietnamese five spices and grilled. The meat is tender and very tasty, something I can see myself going back again for.

The Cha Ca de la Mrs Pho consists of grilled sturgeon fish over charcoal fire befor serving it on a hotplate with herbs and fresh dill served with springy rice noodles. This was flavourful and I really appreciate how charcoal is used to give it that extra fragrance.

Made with tonkin jasmine shoots flown in from Vietnam, this is an unique dish cooked with garlic, making it tasty and crunchy!

Bun Cha is a Northern Vietnamese dish made of noodles with grilled pork. This was one of my favourite dishes. The entire dish was so flavourful with the lemongrass and fish sauce along with the slightly charred flavours of the grilled pork.

@mrspho House officially opens today in @takashimayasc with a new selection on their menu, bringing you to a Vietnamese Home through the interior (swipe for video) and homely dishes! Apart from their usual phos, they have traditional charcoal hotpot with four soup bases (Crab Bisque, Vietnamese Perilla Mutton Soup, Nourishing Collagen Pepper Soup, Herbal Chicken Mushroom Soup) along with various Vietnamese festive specialties.

We got to try a variety of tasty dishes and I especially enjoyed the Crab Bisque Hotpot that we had with tender Wagyu Beef Slices, mushrooms, vegetables and fried beancurd skin rolls.
