A very good Prata place in Jurong East. The pratas are crispy on the outside by fluffy on the inside. Fish curry is quite normal but the sambal is to kill for.

Queues can develop very quickly because the place is small with limited tables inside and outside. So come early during mealtimes.

First time to try this much vaunted vadai in Joo Chiat area. I must say I was disappointed by the dense and tough vadai as opposed to fluffy ones I am used too. Perhaps taking away and not consuming immediately did not help.

Very good prawn and ikan bilis vadai. But fair warning - vadai needs to be consumed hot. After a while it becomes soggy and the experience is ruined.

Coming back to try their briyani.

This Indian restaurant is located in Science Center Omni Theatre. Very authentic Indian food at affordable prices. A special mention about their Gobi 65 is necessary. This cauliflower dish is made to look and taste like their Chicken 65 except now it’s a vegetarian dish.

Many more items in their menu to try. I will surely be back.

I often come to this place for my prata fix simply because they must have the widest range of prata and murtabak in Singapore. Just today I saw a new item in their menu - Impossible Murtabak. $10.90. Hmmmm....

I also get to customise orders like twin eggs + onion. Springleaf’s prata is of the crispy genre. If you like soft bread like texture prata, this place is not for you. The curry available is the fish type and dahl. Not overpoweringly hot and just a touch of tartness.

Chinese uncle who took my order has only one arm. Wow! In terms of their diversity and inclusiveness! Top marks!

Definitely coming back.

Newly opened restaurant in Newest. We ordered Chicken Tikka, Palak Paneer, Butter Chicken, Assorted Naan Basket, Masala Tea.

Chicken Tikka was super juicy and flavourful. Top marks. The paneer was crumbly and not the chewy type. Butter chicken tasted good too!

Will be back for more tasting soon.
