Both the food and the dining concept were very interesting! Crab bisque pasta was especially rich and delicious, and recommend trying many different dishes to make full use of the cover charge :) certainly worth a try!
All you ever wanted in a perfect cut of steak… premium cuts with the right ratio of marbling to fall into heaven for just a short while :) will definitely be back for more!
Went to the Russian Street Food branch at Lau Pa Sat, ordered the dumplings, the potato salad and the mushroom and cheese puff. Honestly, a big eye opener having never had russian food before, and the dumplings were really unique since each one has it’s own filling. I really liked the cheese and mushroom puff too, will probably try some of the other flavours some time.
Had the garlic soy chicken and the spicy dakbap. Chicken was fried perfectly, the sauce was savoury and yet didn’t make the chicken soggy. Loved the spicy dakbap, though be sure to bring more people to share the large serving. Also slightly towards the spicier side, so opt for the soy dakbap if you can’t really take the heat. Overall excellent experience!
Braised pork belly rice had a good mix of fatty and lean meat, and the sauce brought the pork belly, egg and tau pok together really well! The yong taufu also looks really popular, definitely worth a try!
Really nice and quaint place for after-office dinner and drinks! The service staff were very friendly, and the dishes were uniquely refreshing. Had the 30 day vintage ribeye which was paired really nicely with the cream kale. Appetisers were also addictive, with a creative twist to pig ears and ox tongue. Definitely worth a visit, especially if it’s an important occasion!
Decor was unique and refreshing, representative of the quality and style of the food! if you’re tired of normal hawker tze char, this kicks it up a whole notch. Flavour profile of the cabbage and har cheong kai is complex and unique. Will definitely go back again!
