I was expecting a bit more flavourful from the soup and the noodles. Something was missing from the flavour. But its still a bowl of good bcm.

Super yummy and spicy Penang Prawn Noodles! The soup base was very thick and flavourful.

The 2 kinds of bak kut teh is quite good. One is the 药材 soup base and the other is the peppery base.

2 rice
Sambal chilli
Sambal fish balls
Rojak
Potato wedges in curry
Ma Ling luncheon meat
Prawn Paste Chicken
Pork slices

so so only.
Nothing special to make a trip all the way to Boon Lay for this.

I have always been a lover of Soon Kueh and Gu Cai Kueh. Had a pleasant surprise to have it delivered to my home in the morning ♡. My family always had the tenancy to pan fried it rather than eating it steamed. We prefer it crispy.

Yong's Kueh is on of the best in Singapore. Beside this, you gotta try Molly's and the one at Old Airport Road!
