Surprisingly good Hokkien Mee at this unassuming stall. Paid $4, the pork lard is good and the noodles were able to absorb the seafood broth. It will be even better if the thick vermecilli is softer

Grilled chicken cooked in a charcoal grill oven. Chicken marinated in BBQ sauce topped with sliced cheese at $10. Chicken was tender and juicy despite being made from frozen chicken parts. Part of the new wave of hawkers that tries to reinvent classic dishes with or without success.
