Best mousakka I’ve had. The flavours were coming through the different ingredients - eggplant, cheese, potato and.. beef!
Waffle Batter was puuuurfect. It’s crispy on the outside yet soft and warm on the inside.
Had the gula pandan and chocolate flavours.
