Thought I’d post something other than the claypot mama noodle on this page for a change! The rod fai beef fried rice is fragrant and well-seasoned with dark soy sauce and black pepper. Not sure whether it’s real Wagyu but the beef is really good quality and not dry/chewy. Excellent fried rice!

The tomyum mama claypot noodle was of course great... like every other review says!

The katsu was breaded and freshly prepared with much care by the only chef/shop owner, who didn’t speak much English, but was warm and approachable. The only seats were bar seats, and you could observe how he prepared your dish in the open. A simple but satisfying meal.
Note to self: Always get tonkatsu over torikatsu in japan!

- Cod Sperm (Chef told me it’s a seasonal fishball but I think he meant fish’s balls)
- Sea Cucumber Jerky (not a fan)
