Since we are here at a “meat club”, so there isn’t any reason why meat is not on the table right?! Ordered a 500g of steak to share. Medium rare and it done perfectly well. Love the tender and juicy meat, not chewy also.

Random shop that we went for dinner after turning away by the staff from a seafood bar beside them. Got their tuna steak, and you get to pick the doneness too! Opt for well done since i don’t like the feeling of getting sick on a foreign country.

To my surprise, the steak is not tough despite well-cooked and the thickness. Quite tender and juicy, not as dry as i thought it will be. Comes with a side of seasonal hot veggie. Nothing beats a hot plate of food in a cold weather.

Super giant size of this national food of Netherlands. This is the nicest stroopwafel we had on this trip! It was found in one of their main market in Amsterdam. Freshly made upon order, and their caramel had the level of sweetness on point! Not overly sweet yet satisfying! Pity that we only had 1 to share.

Day trip to Volendam, a fishing village northwest of Amsterdam. Did not plan for any dessert stop but since this shop happens to open beside our lunch stop so why not?

Freshly made thin crust waffle and spread with a layer of caramel. It’s always heart-warming to have something warm on a cold weather, especially when you are hungry from the early brunch.

Mashed pumpkin spread served ontop of toasted bread with pickled red cabbage and dailon cress. Sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and topped with a finale show of avocado rose! Good food and most importantly, good service from the team.

Kudos to their customer service. Make a passing remark to the staff that there was a piece of string found while eating the toast and they made me a whole new set of the toast. 👍🏼
