The platter served by Aryaa came with Melitzanosalata (eggplant dip), Tzatziki (a concoction of yoghurt, cucumber and other condiments), Tirokafteri (spicy cheese dip), Tiropitakia (feta cheese wrapped in filo pastry) and a small basket of pita bread. The pita bread was nothing to fawn over but the dips (the dips!!!) were extremely savoury, creamy, rich and delectable. It was a medley of flavours in a single dish and every mouthful was a delight. You get to enjoy a little tanginess, the hit of spiciness and a savoury tang. I enjoyed every slice of pita bread with a mixture of different dips. The Tiropotakia was slightly on the saltier side though, and we shared our feedback with the chef. For full review:

Their menu is filled with familiar local zichar fare such as claypot rice and stir-fried hor fun. But the must-try is definitely their congee! We extremely favour the salted-egg pumpkin porridge. The hot plate main dishes are also pretty awesome. Read more: https://auntydiscountclub.wordpress.com/2018/07/26/green-signature-we-came-for-the-congee/
The food is, at best, average and pricey for the quality. But if youāre looking for a place to sit down with your pals, catch up over drinks and not too particular about the food, Bones āN Barrels might be the restaurant youāre looking for, with its affordable drinks menu, relaxed alfresco environment and friendly staff.
