Trying Teppei’s omakase (17-course meal) for the first time...🍣🍱

The 17-course meal without menu, all depending on the chef...😲

Long passed the age of being “spoon-fed” by ppl (the chef) and experiencing it once again aft N years, during this meal...🤣

So many first time...

First time trying balloon tofu (watch balloon-popping video at my ig: add1zer0)...😏

First time trying cod fish milt (sperm)...😱

First time trying grass???🤔

The meal I had includes dishes like starter with interesting balloon tofu, sashimi, sea urchin with salmon belly, cod fish milt, chawanmushi in egg, grilled scallop, grilled kurobuta, fresh oyster, tuna handroll, sashimi don, fruits like grape and tomato, grass (dunno the name of the plant and the chef jokingly said it’s grass, it looks like boughton silver though), radish, tofu soup, some seed thingy, some fish and yuzu ice cream...😋

As I dun take beef, I got myself kurobuta and sashimi don instead, and they are super yum!!! The kurobuta is crispy on the exterior but real tender and juicy inside, not a fan of fatty meat but I’m drooling now as I type and recalling my meal, hope I can have more cos it’s just tt yum!🤣

Not really a sashimi person but I do eat them, and to my surprise, the sashimi here are really fresh and I had them well (without the wasabi), not feeling a tad bit jelak and wanting more, just tt nice okay!!!🤤

Enjoying my meal in abt 2.5hrs, seeing the chef preparing the dishes in front of me (all counter seats), the sashimi is just so fresh, the dishes are just so satisfying, I have to say it’s totally worth the wait and price!😜

I will definitely be back again!😎

Note: Need to make reservation mths in adv, pls plan your date earlier! Do note that if you didn’t turn up, charge is applicable...Do let the staff know your diet request in advance (like I don’t take beef, they served me kurobuta)...
