😄 Pleasant experience today in the new outlet of Ramen Hitoyoshi at Seletar Mall! (despite feeling unwell and overslept really sorry guys 😢)Tasting the wide range of menu served here, I'm actually having a hard time picking my favorite because everything is ultimately satisfying 😀 I definitely prefer all the donburis and sides over the ramen though 🤔
For an oyako don fan like me, the Dory Tamago Don ($11.90) is a unique tweak yet super delicious (and probably it's my favorite 😁). My second preference is the addictive huge crispy prawn with sweet mayonnaise ($6.90). They really know how to cook their pork. Also loving the Buta Shogayaki ($5.90) and Cha Shu Don ($9.90) because the meat and fat ratio makes the well-seasoned meat melts in your mouth 😍 Unagi Don($16.90) is quite nice with decent size and sweet glaze 😋 From Tonkotsu ($14.90) Black Garlic, and Spicy Ramen ($15.90), I prefer the first one because it has a nice rich flavorful broth that is not overpowering 😊 Free flow of sweet corn and beansprout provided!

NOPE. Though the amount of sashimi is decent, they're quite slimy with a soft mushy texture 😵 Especially the tuna, which I chose not to eat due to my fear of getting food poisoning. Too bad though, because I find the poured vinegar and free hard boiled egg appealing 😔 And ironically this pic looks really nice 😅

Soft but crispy on the edges, filled generously with crunchy crushed peanut and sugar, yummm 😍 Oh! You can also have a "puff" variant that they fold the pancake in halves then seal the edges.

Apparently I was wrong, it's huge 😂 It's a nice rice roll but I don't like the sauce that much... I prefer soy sauce rather than this thicker peanut sauce(?) I don't know why everytime I visit a hawker centre, the stall I want to go always suddenly close 😂 Next time better check google for opening hours first 😥

And because it is also good for families, they do have kids meal, by which our inner kids were tempted by the cute designs!😝 Their Poached Egg Carbonara Linguine is the star of the day 🌟Nicely creamy and cheesy with generous turkey bacon and wobbly poached egg in the middle. It has been quite a while since the last time I had a really nice one 😋 Kitty margherita pizza is super cute and we topped it off with a Dark Chocolate Ganache Brownie Tart.

Between the flavors I chose - bacio (chocolate &hazelnut) and dark chocolate - I love the dark chocolate better ❤ The former is equally good as well with actual bits of crushed hazelnut 😋 It's just that I have soft spot for chocolate dessert and the flavor here is so intense 😍😍😍 Regretted not getting waffle to accompany this because someone ordered after me and the delicious smell just filled the whole cafe 😭 At least they don't melt quickly, so even without the waffles I wasn't left with a puddle of melted gelato that needs mopping up 😝

The ginger and onion sauce went well without overshadowing the natural crab flavor 😍 Special lunch menu is also a good value for money, we had delicious Salted Fish Fried Rice for $5.50 😆 Not the best but indeed a nice crab-craving fix.

I seem to prefer the one from Let's Eat 😂 It didn't leave any impression on me 🤔 Digging through the dish doesn't make me crave for more, I find it overall pretty bland 😥 Maybe it's just me? Or perhaps it gains popularity because it's cheap? I paid $2.60 only for chicken chop and cabbage 😆

Intense dark chocolate flavor really reflects the quality of chocolate they use, but the vanilla is kinda too sweet for me. I would probably enjoy the full chocolate better than this mix flavor 😝 Biggest setback is they melt like crazy 😂 We had chocolate and ice cream all over our fingers... Sorry for being inactive for a while 😂 Down due to a combination of food poisoning/migraine/vertigo. Feeling better already, because what a better way to cheer up a little girl than ice cream? Right, @eatwithjw? 😆 Just realized I am overflowing my feed with soft serve 🙈

This set includes a super delicious wagyu beef skirt steak, choice of dessert, and a cup of tea 😁 The whole thing is too good I might end up in a super long description to describe every single item in it 😂 I don't want to waste any juice dripping from the meat, the sauce, or the silky buttery mashed potato so I mopped it clean with bread - chili crab style 😝 I opted for the festive log cake (swipe ☞) for dessert, a chocolate hazelnut sponge cake and tea-infused mousse inside a milk chocolate ganache 😋 Served with tea ice cream and crushed macaron on side, it's a perfect ending to the meal.

TL;DR: Everything is awesome. Totally worth it.
