Medium-done tender Angus beef slices with aromatic truffle bits sprinkled atop could easily be anyone's dream. Tanuki Raw is not any kid's play when it comes to offering spoilt choices of rice bowl at reasonable prices, and one of the definite orders is doubtlessly the Truffle Beef.
While the truffle did aromatise the tender meat, I thought the dish's savoury profile was rather light and portion may not fill full. Nevertheless, bearing an average and acceptable price tag, this shall be all.
If you're feeling like a spoilt kid and desires for something exotic, Foie Gras is available for add-on at an additional pricing.

Easily one of the best ramen in town — a rich broth that does not feel too heavy with unique-looking and springy ramen noodles, all is comfort sought from this bowl of goodness. The chasiu slices are tender with a balanced amount of fat and succulent meat layers. Highlight is, the main ingredient is not tonkatsu (pork broth) but a fish!
Another to try was known to be the Tsukemen, where noodles are served dry and to be dipped into their fish broth.
