This bowl has yuzu-ume flavoured rice with seared salmon with mentaiko.. I always add the avocado because why not!

So glad to have found this gem of a place which serves reasonable rice bowls and also has a poke option! It's got very less seating space (around 20) and it gets crowded by 12.. So it's better to go early

The rice is nicely flavoured and goes super well with the salmon.. A friend taught me to mix the soy sauce with wasabi and then spread it all over! Enhances the flavour 👌🏼

The portion is just right and the bowls are so pretty :P

This is a colourful bowl of happiness.. And the best part.. It's super healthy!! What's not to love.. With an option to choose white/ brown/ mixed rice, it comes with a salad base with so many flavourful marinade options in tuna/ salmon along with a lot of seasonal options too (shrimp, mentaiko etc.) And on top of it you can choose your toppings.. AND on that they add pineapple pieces and a lemon wedge! What's not to love.. I'm so addicted to this that when hunger strikes during lunch hour - I'm already thinking of what flavours I'm going to pick that day.. Do I need help? I don't think so!!!

For someone who doesn't like soups, this ramen broth is DELICIOUS! This was the Spicy one and was just perfect and so fragrant. This picture is actually after several uncontrollable slurps when I suddenly remembered to stop and click!

The chashu slices (is this just a shorter version of saying char-siew?) were so tender, so soft they break with my chopsticks. So yum. The noodles are hand-made as are all other things in the bowl. I like that they are TOO hot in the beginning - gives me more time with the broth. After a very light breakfast, this bowl was so satisfying - kept me full till late evening! Who says Japanese food is expensive - this was reasonably priced, amazing quantity and so flavourful. Just perfect. (Have I said perfect too many times?) .

My old love for sushi and new love for poke bowls made me order this bowl of yumminess. It was just the way I was imagining it. Lovely slices of fresh salmon and tuna with a touch of that tear-jerking wasabi cream.. and I was in heaven.. Once you get addicted to this kind of stuff, it's hard to resist it everyday.. I have to train my brain to walk past such shops every few days after I have such fishy bowls..

My first ramen bowl in Singapore and I'm hooked! The broth is warm and the right amount of salty and milky and extremely comforting! The pork so soft, it melts in your mouth! The seaweed is all yours - just the way you want it.. Crunchy also and later can be mixed with the broth!

This was SUPER satisfying and so filling! Portion of noddles is too much - Had this for lunch at 1 and I'm still not hungry at 7 pm!
