French Toast like no other with a fancy aesthetically pleasing plating โ sweet option. The brรปlรฉe banana served alongside the icing dusted egg brioche was a true great pairing with a cuppa. While I thought the brioche may be a tad dry, fresh cream and salted caramel sauce were plated on the sides to intensify the flavours and moisten a little. Altogether a well-executed dessert to satisfy the sweet tooth cravers.

Almost the main staple of every brunch menu, a true cafe does it well with extraordinary highlight. Truffle Egg Benedict lives true to its food's hall of fame โ profound truffle flavours from its hollandaise sauce drizzled generously over the poached eggs, drenching the laid ham and toasted-to-crisp-brioche. Added with 2 stalks of broccoli, much new garnishing game?
Enjoyed a pleasant brunch nonetheless, not forgetting their consistently well-brewed cuppa.

Most probably the only cafe serving Genovese blend from Australia. The blend seems to offer a strong chocolate-nutty profile โ rich and sweet, but easy on mouth.
Their highly-raved drink is Wicked (peppermint-chocolate coffee), and I'd recommend trying their Generra (orange mocha). Served it hot or cold, your choice!
Easily one of my favourite cafes for a good cuppa and chill industrial-inspired ambience.

French toasts and coffee put together could easily make the most perfect pair of a satisfying brunch fare, while here in RONIN, they offer both Savoury and Sweet options.
Savoury French Toast comprises of egg-battered brioche bathed lightly with maple syrup, braised green apples, grilled-to-crisp bacon slices and a slab of hazelnut butter atop everything else.
If you like something less sweet with a touch of mild refreshing acidity from the apples, Savoury is doubtlessly your toast.
P/S:
I've tried the Sweet French Toast, and personally prefers that as it paired with their cuppa at greater affinity.
