i may just turn a vegetarian after this meatless broccoli falafel ($14) as well. tzatziki sauce and sweet cranberries totally worked for me here. so hearty so flavourful this #sammie, no (meat) fucks given. at all.

Shatteringly crisp and explosive with flavour, this outrageously delish creation of deepfried nori-wrapped chicken skin chips coated in yuzu and pepper spices is a must-order.
The accompanying dip more than held its own with chives and shio kombu mixed into sour cream. Truth be told, my friends and I couldn’t stop raving about how good it was as we chomped on the pieces non-stop.
My choice of poison that evening: the Kyoho Sour Cocktail ($16), paired very well with this. But then again, I can’t imagine what wouldn’t.

This is a gourmet burger at a pocket-friendly friendly price, in a gorgeous space with lush greenery and natural lighting. Dine amidst birch trees, and take lots of photos 😊

The Birkenwald Burger pictured is filled with mushrooms topped with sour cream-chive sauce. The beef patty was flavourful, juicy and hearty.

Sous-vide chicken breast that is tender in every shred, with a side of garlic soy, spicy bean sprouts and salt baked sweet potato (though I couldn't taste the salt). Zen after a hectic day. The stall also offers a truffle beef bowl with onsen egg. It isn't cheap ($13 at least for a full piece of meat and 2 sides) and in a food court setting. Alternatively picking half meat and 2 sides should make a satiating light meal without a big hole

Currently my favourite French Toast with Salted Egg Yolk 'Lava Flow'. Had this during my meeting at Toastbox this afternoon ... Erm, it's pretty obvious who forced the team to order this. 😆
