The thick sweet-spicy sauce adds an interesting flavour on top of the traditional tempura sauce. I find myself dunking the tempura pieces ๐ค to the sauce, instead of pouring the sauce to the bowl.

It comes with a piece of char siew, leek, truffle puree and a super long bamboo shoot!
The truffle oil-infused broth is individually boiled to the right temperature.
Mixing the puree with the hot broth brings out the truffle fragrance, yet the taste is still light. The soba noodles is so silky and soft.
All toppings blend in very well with the soup.

Topped with char siew, red onion, corn, beansprouts, watercress and hot sauce.
At a first glance, it looks like a typical heavy miso ramen. But when you taste the soup, it's not as thick! Try eating the beansprouts and the plump corn together with the broth, they blend perfectly with the broth (burst of freshness ๐).
My recommendation is to eat the noodles together with the onion to bring out the flavour of the noodles.
Consists of kurobuta nabe, cheezy salmon and broccoli and duck sushi roll (forgot all the names of the dish ๐ฅ).
Decent nabe with generous portion of kurobuta, but the meat is a bit tough. The cheesy salmon is strong and salty so I cleanse my palate with the soup ๐
The sushi rice is sticky and soft which is what I prefer ๐
Overall a decent meal.

Noodles is smooth and soft but still have a bite into it.
The toppings ๐: never knew that chicken charsiew could be so soft! And the prawn wanton is the bomb! Putting the whole wanton into my mouth and the next thing I experienced was sweet prawn flavour explosion!
One of my favourite places to get udon! The soup is light and udon is chewy ๐
I like to order kakiage for the side.
Most importantly, I like my soup hot (read: boiling), and this shop always does that! โค
Shared with 2 persons and downed it in a few minutes! Love the curry taste. The sausages are strangely addicting ๐
