So creamy and good, with balanced and refreshing salad

𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 (3⭐️; $14.90) - One for the sweet tooth with caramelized banana, mandarin orange, and coconut gelato. Had an oaky depth from the bourbon sabayon but personally found this too sweet for my palette.

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐮̂𝐥𝐞́𝐞 (3.5⭐️; $9.90) - Classic and creamy with a crisp caramelised top.

- 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐛 𝐎𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐛 (4.5⭐️; $24.90) - Vongole-like white wine base with aromatic garlic, parsley, and creamy butter finish, paired with springy Malfade. Love the generous amounts of fresh crabmeat and crispy fried soft shell crab.

- 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐃𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐞 (4⭐️; $22.90) - Flavourful tangy and herbaceous tomato sauce with assorted fresh seafood. The Gemelli nicely soaked up the sauce and had an enjoyable enjoyable chew similar to tteokboki.

𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 (3.5⭐️; $22.90) - Unique take on egg florentine with the oozy egg paired with flaky and airy croissant. Did find it more spinach-focused and would have appreciated more crabmeat.

𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐡𝐞𝐲𝐬™ 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 & 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 (4.5 ⭐️; $32) - Rare to find decent fish & chips here so this impressed with its crispy thin batter and succulent, meaty halibut fillet. Not too greasy and paired with flavourful dill tartar and seasoned fries.

𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 (4 ⭐️; $22) - Hearty middle eastern spread of fluffy toasted pita, hummus, creamy yogurt, herbaceous pesto, and perfectly fried and oozy egg. Everything came together well for a balanced, wholesome meal.

Fun deconstructed tiramisu where one first soaks the lady finger biscuit with espresso then adds pandan sabayon mascarpone cheese which had distinct sweet pandan flavour and cheesy sour balance. Finished with toasted desiccated coconut and ube powder.

Different take on our usual bcm with the use of silky Japanese ramen noodle tossed in a savory herbal sauce reminiscent of lu rou fan. Served with tender braised pulled pork, juicy shiitake mushrooms, and onsen egg.

Bagels are on the chewier side without being tough and does well in containing the generous, juicy fillings.

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢 ($14.50) - Stuffed full with 3 juicy homemade Italian beef meatballs. Enjoyed the mix with tangy marinara sauce, stringy cheese, and pickled purple cabbage.

𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 ($14.50) - Unique asian twist with tender and well-spiced pork carnitas with juicy bacon, torched cheese, pickled purple cabbage, jalepeno, and onion. Balanced in sweet-savory flavour whilst still being light on the palette; a profile I’d return for!

𝐌𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚 ($6) - Using Callebaut chocolate made into a ganache instead of the regular cocoa powder, this had an enjoyable smooth finish. Aromatic balance of coffee with refreshing acid and bittersweet notes.

𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐭𝐞𝐚 ($4.50) - Fragrant and refreshing sweet peach tea with a creamy finish.

Hearty dish with gooey eggs, lentils, and chorizo ragu. Highly recommend dipping in the sourdough.

Light on the palette and savory mix of crab chunks, oscietra caviar, kombu, and truffle vinaigrette. Portion is a tad small but her price is justified by the quality ingredients. Enjoyed the earthy undertones and refreshing tang from the vinaigrette.

Personal favourite dish for the hearty and balanced bite. Salty-sweet-tangy mix of smoke beef pastrami, caramelized onion, and pickle relish. The sourdough was crisply toasted and airy with enjoyable moistness from the tomato jam.
