Not a usual pasta person but this Carbonara was good!
Very creamy and cheese but still managed to finish the whole plate without feeling too overwhelming.

Standard italian plate that’s not stated on menu. Just wave and order.

This is always the favourite and soonest to clear whenever we bring friends to this place.
Strong truffle mushroom filling that goes so well with the traditional roman schiacciata.
Definitely a die die must order here. Comes in small and large portions.

Not as hot as it sounds, spiciness coming solely from ‘hot green pepper’. But no doubt, one of the most tasty pizza on the table.

Romana style pizza that came in 8 paper thin slices. One of the thinness crust I have tried so far, great to savour the ingredient toppings.

The famous UK pizza chain is opening its 4th restaurant in Singapore at Marina One. Meanwhile, we visited the 2-storey branch at Holland Village to try its popular Laksa pizza. We ordered our pizza in Romana style - 8 slices of paper thin crust. You can also have it in Classic style - 6 slices of slightly chewy but still relatively thin crust. Biting into my 1st slice and it’s like eating laksa in the dry solid form. The taste was so authentic, rich and not that spicy. Chef’s no stingy at all when it comes to toppings of prawn, mussels, squid, clams, qual eggs and fried beancurd (tau pok). Great try at $28.

Back here again cause I was craving for the signature combination - O Mamma Mia & 5 Terre. Both slices were as good as the first time!

Situated side by side with llao llao. The 2 sister chains were brought to Singapore by the same owner company.
For my first time, I have decided to follow advice of friendly staff who recommended both the ‘o mamma mia’ and ‘5 terra’. Thanks to her, both well exceeded my expectation!
1-The O mamma mia (featured here) was generously topped with turkey ham, mushroom, tomato, mozzarella cheese and runny egg!! The combination is very much like Pancetta from Peperoni Pizzeria.
2-The 5 terra (in the background) looked so much less ‘crowded’ with ingredients but still managed to surprise me on the first bite. It has a unique rare combination of pesto sauce with parmesan, mushroom and tomato.
For the authentic taste and price of 4.20/slice,it will be loved (over Pezzo for sliced pizza).

This didn’t appeal to me at all due to the lack of meat ingredients. Fortunately, I have misjudged. This signature Truffle pizza from La Nonna is so good. Strong aroma and taste from generous spread of black truffle.
Drop by during weekday lunch hours to enjoy 1 for 1 promotion on all main courses.
Also, if you are pasta lover, try their crab linguine in tomato creamy sauce, another must order dish!

Ordered the new X’mas Special Knotty Cheese BBQ pizza. We loved the generous topping of savoury (BBQ drizzle, ham, cheese) and sweet (chunky pineapple, sliced capsicum). We ordered the combi set including 1 Large Knotty pizza (8 slices) together with 1 Regular Curry Chicken pizza. Both made us craving for more! $43.90 including delivery is a such a great deal.
