The ambience, friendly staff, and the fact I knew I was taken care of raised my expectations through the roof. As a calamari connoisseur, this passes with flying colors. Light and tasty. This almost resembles one of my favorite Asian dishes, the salt and pepper squid. Absolutely love this dish. Great with a good white wine or craft beer. @galleylondon #galleylondon #dinner #squid
