Truffle oil was just nice and not overpowering. However the foie gras seemed to have shrunk compared to the one I had at Saveur's Far East Plaza branch.
Was soso, remember to mix the onsen egg in for it to start having a semblance of chili crab sauce. Could do with more crab meat too.
Filled with plump & juicy tiger prawns and generous sprinkling of sakura ebi. Definitely must try.
One of the dishes Saveur is known for. Crispy, tender, fall-off-the-bone duck confit. Served on creamy mashed potato with sides of sauteed mushrooms & orange segments.
Beautifully medium rare, melts in your mouth beef tenderloin. Served with homemade gnocchi, mushrooms, compound cheese, natural jus with a side of herb butter.
Tender foie gras, love it! Had the version with apple & raisins, port wine with vanilla beans.
Not bad but kinda prefer my escargot in the shell, a pity the chorizo was kinda mushed into the stew too. Would've loved them in chunks
