seafood!
Old Fashioned Crab Cakes ($24) was fried to perfect golden brown and encrusted generously with fresh crab meat!
Served with their refreshing pickle slaw, I also requested for their homemade tartar sauce which was so addictive and complemented perfected with the crab cakes!
Yes you hear me right, gingko nuts!
The soft and chewy gingko nut is renowned for its health benefits, but it has to be eaten in limited quantities so as not to cause any backfire from its benefits. If you are feeling lazy, you will be glad to know that they conscientiously slit the crab claw to aid your convenience in pulling out the meat!
Immersed in the rich black pepper sauce, crab lovers will definitely find yourself refilling this item as it is way too easy to crack it apart!

Featuring my favourite out of the 4 lobster dishes, the Tangy Lobster Pasta ($17.95) was cooked in Aglio style.
The pasta texture was al-dente and infused with decadent citrusy flavour. The tangy punch was robust and the addictive flavour was clinging to each strand of the pasta!
Thank you @mfmsingapore for the hosted meal, and @sgfoodiary for this meal before he MIA for a month 😂

Their handmade wasabi mayo sauce and chilli sauce further amplified the breaded oysters!
The chilli crab sauce was relatively sweet with a good balance of sourness, though I would prefer the chilli crab sauce to be spicier. How about fried mantou instead of the westernized sides?
Great deal especially for our pioneer generation, as they get to enjoy SG50 set with another main course at 50% off from 1 to 31 August 2015!
Read more about it in the link in my profile! Thanks Fish & Co for the hosted meal.
furthermore there is free flow beer!
featuring my favourite herbal garlic butter lobster out of all flavours. basically I have learnt a trick - to camp for their refill and whack the half-lobsters! if not majority will be lobster claws. and there is really a taste difference between both parts!
we chose the kong bao sauce based on their recommendation.
honestly it is sucha steal at $60! you probably gotta pay much more at most of the places with similar concepts if u wanna include crab. seafood were fresh, though I found bits of sand in their clams. mussels were pretty tiny and the crab was sweet! though this is good for 2-3 pax, 2 pax can easily finish the portion.
surprisingly, kong bao sauce wasn't too spicy despite the amount of dried chillies. so non-spicy eaters should be able to take this. love it when they added our local tastebuds by having kong bao and laksa sauces!
fat, juicy and fresh - probably the highlight of da buffet!
side note - you know your friends are bitches when they planned for Jap buffet just 1 week before your Japan trip 😑
oh boy the stew was so rich, capturing the freshness of all the seafood. with the generous amount of seafood, actually i wished for more stew too!
u will be sucking one after another, asking for more.
cannot stop after eating the first one. don't say I bojio!
soup is refillable but not the seafood 😂😂😂
