Best crab Beehoon ever!!!! The Beehoon was very well simmered resulting it being very flavorful. Also the shiokest salted egg Boston lobster 😋😋 their signature soon hock with minced meat and tofu was also super fresh 👌👌

Here is our platter of half a dozen oysters featuring a pair from three different French varieties. We left it to the discretion of our server to pick the combination. I must be getting old because although she did an introduction, I can't recall their names...
Regardless, it's good to know that Culina's shucks them fresh (and for free) upon order. These tasted fine but as I'm not overly fond of briny oysters, the creamy ones I had at "Oceans of Seafood" a couple of months ago remain my favourite.
If only this is brunch, I'll spring out of bed. Savoury rice coated with two types of fresh uni, topped with minced chu-toro and ikura, my mini bowl of heaven.
