This dish of Thai style fish cake (100 baht) is very delicious, freshly made with featherback fish without batter and flour, and therefore tasted more ‘real’ than those I had locally.

Heard that this Soi Polo Chicken could be very well be Bangkok’s best fried chicken restaurant, and knew we just had to come.

This progressive Indian restaurant set in a 70-year old restored colonial bungalow is found in the heart of downtown Bangkok near the place we are staying, Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road.

Expecting the unexpected, from River King Prawn in curry leaf infusion and mango chutney, Norwegian diver scallops in young coconut curry, to Iberian Pork Belly stir-fried with vinadaloo curry and sweet potato. Indian dishes, reinvented.

There is no way you would find a typical curry dish, naan or masala chicken here.
This is my 2nd time here, through personally I still preferred my first. But I am glad almost all the dishes presented were different.

We didn’t know what to order, did some pointing, and ended up with minced pork noodles with so many ingredients… fish ball, minced pork, cuttlefish, wanton, and fish dumplings. (Till they passed us the English menu later 55555)
Springy noodles lingering with pork lard aroma, available in noodle or soup versions.
