One of the most intense mac n cheese out there I swear. The cheese mix of gruyere and cheddar was amazing, creating an intensely gooey, creamy and rich base. And such a stroke of genius to top it with fried kale!! Adds such a lovely crunch and flavour to the already delish Mac & Cheese (S$18++). It is insanely rich though, so do share it among friends or it may end up too jelak.
My parents are dim sum fanatics, so I've tried my fair share of siew mais. I've never actually found one that I liked: they were either too salty, too mushy, too fatty, or just unimpressive. The ones at Yan Ting are the only siew mais I eat. Yan Ting's siew mais are packed full with dried scallops, some mushrooms, and chunks of pork and prawns. None of that mushy minced processed meat, but real solid chunks. And besides, who could resist that adorable abalone on top?
why not pamper yourself with this plate of irresistible seafood. a sorbet on top to add flavour to the cut.

Mavrx coffee is having it today until 330 pm so if you are around the duxton area, you can head over to try it! Love the cold brew bottle but I don't really like the taste of it. #burpple #onthetable
Of all the mouth-watering dishes on the menu, it is the pasta that’s exceptional. Of the six that we had, there wasn’t one we didn’t love—that’s what you get when you have an Italian chef helming the kitchen.
This strozzapreti with braised oxtail is beyond delicious. Elongated forms of al dente cavatelli pasta are served with Black Angus oxtail marinated in Barolo for 48 hours, before braised with mirepoix to create a chunky tomato ragout with intense sweetness; its meat collapsing from sheer tenderness. It is the kind of intense sweetness that forces one to savor it slow and think only of fields of gold.

Situated within Phoenix Park in the Tanglin area, Boufe (the word a portmanteau of "boutique" and "cafe") Boutique Cafe shares a space with Ohvola boutique. The usual brunch fare such as Eggs Benedict, Brioche French Toast and Croque Madame are served, but you should really try Boufe's Big Breakfast or "Triple B" ($21). Creamy scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, bacon, sausages and a freshly baked buttery croissant — not a bad way to start your day at all. They serve fantastic pastries as well, of which the Strawberry Shortcake ($8) and Citron Tart ($5.50) stand out. Given the quality of the food and the killer combination of spaciousness, chic decor and warm ambience, this place will only become more popular with time.
Have you tried our Smoked Duck Aglio Olio that is not on menu? This dish packs a punch despite without any sauce and it's gaining so much popularity. Order it today!!!
Penne, bacon, cheese, mushroom. Can I get a membership card now?
Super yums! Didn't expect it to be this good at $5++, definitely something I'd order again
guinness stout. slow roasted. yes we even need a spade to dissect this beast.
This is my second time here, like I said before I didn't like the ambience and service but I could make do with the quality of food served. The eggs Ben ($22) is to die for. Unique twist to the classic poached eggs on muffin with hollandaise sauce. The texture of egg is cooked to perfection that it can be picked up easily even when it's broken. Did I mention the honey glazed bacon? Mmmmm~ the eggs sur Le plat($24) is equally delightful but I find it a little overpriced. Still acceptable for a one time try, they were generous with the servings of chorizo sausages.
Chunks of prawns, Canadian lobster with wasabi mayo sauce. Meh meh meh.
