Loving thick slices of char siew of theirs.
Happened to walk past the newly renovated katong square and came across this ramen stall. Food wise portion is big and this soup base is quite nice.
Black garlic soup base. I like the soup broth as it is not so strong and noodle cooked perfectly.
In mood to eat ramen. Spicy miso and shoyu.
XO tonkatsu ramen.
Cold ramen on a sunny day. Still can't compare the one I ate ages ago inside Meiji supermarket.
So glad I made it to level 5.
