Must Go And Try!

This dish is so interesting! The linguine is cooked in a Malay kind of soup with different kind of seafood such as prawns, squid, mussels and clam. The soup has a sour taste but in a yummy kind of way. Love it!

Yumms! We asked for medium well and it was cooked just right. The meat was not tough and the sauce was so interesting. I so love the potato on the side. It was not oily but crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.

So me wanted some dessert but not willing to travel far from home so cuzzy found this place to try! We had their Charcoal Sesame Mochi Waffle with Salted Speculoos ice cream and it’s just awesome!! They really taste gooooddd together! I also had their peanut butter beeline smoothie and it’s really refreshing and surprisingly taste awesomely healthy! The best thing is it’s just a few minutes walk from the MRT station and it’s really a cosy place!

Ok if you are looking for healthy but awesome food, you definitely should give this place a go. I am for one, not a healthy junkie. My kind of food are desserts and fried food, but I had to give this a try. I especially like the crispy broccoli and the egg. The egg is not so runny but it’s not hard either. You must also try the salted egg sauce at the side! It’s just yums! I like how the rice is also not so dry and even though there is no soup, the whole meals is not dry! I shared the towkay bowl that cost $9 together with hubby and my girl, and I was full for dinner! I really think it’s one of the nicest healthy food I had! Best thing is, it’s actually halal cos the co-owners are Muslims and their supplies are all from halal suppliers.

The truffle fries serving was just massive and awesome. We also had the salmon Yaki for starters which I liked as the salmon was not too dry. I knew their servings are very generous thus hubby and I shared their Rendang Daging Salai Linguine. The smoked meat is really tender and I really like the taste of it and it was not spicy! I also had their Bandung butter beer which I found a bit tad too sweet. However, I really enjoyed my meal and the service crew was just awesomely nice, patient and friendly! The place was damn crowded at dinner time so if you are the impatient type, might I suggest you come in slightly early to enjoy their wonderful meal!

At $8 per cone, GODIVA’s chocolate soft serve is probably one of the most expensive soft serves out there, but if you're hankering for a really indulgent soft serve and have mad love for chocolate, then you're going to want to get your hands on it. It's super smooth, extra chocolaty, rich, creamy drizzled with more chocolate sauce – does it get any better than this?! Fun fact: get it at Changi Airport (Terminal 2 Departure Hall) for only $7.50 (thank you, GST absorption)!

The main dish comes in quite a big proportion for me. The salmon is fresh and the chicken chop was not overcook. I love the truffle fries! The buffalo wings however could be improve. I wish I had save some space for desserts! Definitely will come back again!

Pretty darn good food, considering we're hungry and filled up our stomachs pretty well! Would love to come back to try their desserts!

The chicken tika naanwich comes with a cup of nachos. The servings might look small but it's just nice for one person. It's very popular cos the chicken is not spicy.

And All Things Delicious is Tolido's Espresso Nook's newest neighbour, which offers a wide variety for halal-certified bakes such as Gula-Melaka Scones, Brownies and Galettes. The baker insists on using unprocessed ingredients such as unsalted butter organic ingredients so as to make their bakes taste more "natural" and it shows; clean yet flavourful treats indeed. They also share their shop space with Fictive Fingers that does pretty decent handprinted textile designs, if anyone is interested.
