Best Char Kuay Teows In Singapore

Best Char Kuay Teows In Singapore

Sinful noodles that leave the shiokness in your mouth. (Shiok is a toned down version of orgasm)

Perhaps the longest queue in the entire hawker centre. Its unforgivingly large portion of pork lard is the signature of this plate of noodles. It deserves a try for anyone who works near the area, you will only regret not ordering a bigger plate.

35 minutes queue for this. The whole plate noodles were really well cooked, the usual bean sprouts, fishcakes and cockles. We ate the non spicy version and were slightly disappointed by the size of the cockles as previously those cockles were really huge and tasty but now 😪😪😪

Situated right beside the stairs at the level two of the food centre, this stall sells perhaps the only plate of char kuay teow that comes with green vegetables on top with silver fish. The stall owner takes pride in his own way of cooking, insisting only cooking one plate of noodles at one time to make sure each plate is well cooked and served to the customer. Long queues are expected but definitely worth the wait!
