Here’s one for all the MOOKATA fans out there! @lethai.sg might be the first to offer overloaded garlic mookata platter in SG. Grilling the chopped garlic elevates the flavour of ingredients and even the soup, perfect for garlic-lovers like me.😬

Here’s what we enjoyed for 4 pax…
👉Garlic Platter for 2 - SGD32
👉Twin Platter for 2 - SGD28
👉Mala Pork Collar - SGD2.50
👉Sirloin Beef Cubes - SGD6.50
👉Smoked Duck - SGD2.90
👉Crayfish - SGD5.90
👉Scallops - SGD3.90
👉Salmon Slices - SGD3.90
👉Oysters (6pcs) - SGD24

👉Grilled Giant Prawn - SGD9
(Available for orders over SGD50)

All in all, the ingredients served were fresh and their 2 types of homemade Thai-style dipping sauce were amazing when paired with any grilled meats/seafood! For a complete Le Thai Mookata experience, be sure to order some grilled giant prawns and fresh oysters to savour.😋

We are currently having some serious withdrawal symptoms from our recent (food) adventures in Thailand and so glad to be invited by the folks behind @lethai.sg to a mouthwatering and authentic Mookata feast ~

If you're not familiar with Mu Kratha (often spelled as Mookata) which is “pan or skillet pork" in Thai, is a combination of Korean barbecue and Chinese hot pot.

We tried the Twin Platter and added some items like the Sirloin beef, Smoked Duck, Crayfish, Prawn, Scallops etc. from their ala carte menu. The quality/variety (generous portion size too) of the platter was perfect and had a great selection of meat, seafood plus veggies.

Our faves would be the Sirloin beef which melted in our mouths, the juicy Prawns/Crawfish and the well-seasoned chicken/pork.

The homemade dipping sauces were the bomb (literally), they have a nice kick/heat to 'em which were so addictive and complimented the various meat/seafood.
This place is also conveniently located at a Food Centre, only a couple of minutes away from Tai Seng Mrt.

If you're craving for a scrumptious yet affordable Mookata then you definitely need to try this one.

food was good. items were priced slightly above the normal siam square/888 prices but still relatively affordable. would recommend this place if you want to come to a more laid back & chill location (industrial area thats quieter) compared to the normally bustling mookata locations. burpple promotion is either buy 10 items for 2 free or buy a platter for 2 free. buying 10 items was cheaper for us as we didn't order seafood :-)

Located a few mins walk away from Alchemist HQ @ Khong Guan Building, this mookata spot nestled within the industrial area in Macpherson offers generous portions of side dishes at affordable price tags. Take your pick from their dishes such as Garlic Chicken ($2), Mala Pork Collar ($2.50), Pork Belly ($1.80), Smoked Duck ($2.50) and Cheese Ball ($2.40) amongst other dishes.

since it's located at the industrial area i guess? it's good cause it's airy so doesn't stink your clothes when you dine there~ generous portion
