Located in one of the old school coffee shop at Serangoon Central, you will find this noodle stall called the Chan’s Noodle Delight.
One special item on the menu would be this combo set. It is the usual wanton noodles comes with chicken leg, fried wanton and char siew.
You could enjoy everything all in one plate.
I ordered a Double Egg and a Plain Prata. The Pratas were great, but the fish curry was not flavourful enough for me. It did feel like a healthier choice though. Definitely worth a try, and definitely going back. (Rating:😬)
Sesame oil, a little light soy and chilli flakes are tossed with the noodles, while several pieces of meat dumpling pillows and blanched greens sit on top. Although the noodles might be too plain for some, we like simplicity of the dish.

My go to is 斋米粉惨惨, it comes with beehoon, curry cabbage, mock duck, char siew and my sweet indulgence - crispy fried beancurd! A super flavourful dish that never fails to trigger and excite my tastebuds!
