This is recommended by many of you and by the ladies of Doubletree Taipei, and we love it. They only have two types of soup - spicy and non-spicy. Both of them were herbal based, and they were very fragrant. The soup was full of collagen and has a rich consistency. There was quite a commotion previously, when it was said that a particular steamboat concept in Singapore was inspired by Wu Lao Guo's steamboat.

The meats was sweet with their natural sweetness, but go easy while ordering the meat because servings were very generous. Another must order is their tofu, said to have a an ice cream texture, even after cooking in the hot pot.
