Extremely impressed with their A5 Miyazaki Wagyu π - just look at that marbling! π In case you're wondering, yes they are really as tender as they look! π€€ Pair your meats with the sesame dipping sauce or soy sauce with cut chillies πΆ! The dashi is made with dried bonito shavings & other seasoning; tastes pretty light & refreshing.

We also enjoyed the seafood platter which comprises crab leg π¦, fresh scallops, clams π¦ͺ, prawns π¦ & salmon chunks π. I must also have my vegetables π₯¬ & mushrooms π & this basket includes other ingredients like tofu, springy konjac & glass noodles. You can also add udon π or rice for an even heartier eat.

Packed full of umami and melt in your mouth tender braised pork belly, almost disintegrated when bite into it. Mix the wobbly onsen egg in with the bed of rice beneath, totally the best partner in crime.

The highlight is definitely the unique broth made using its specially blended kelp (kombu) and dried bonito shaving soup which goes well with their premium A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef, premium quality Seafood that is imported directly from Japan and other sea regions and highly-regulated wild vegetables. The quality of the ingredients are impeccable! The tender and marbled A5 Wagyu beef do wonders to my shabu experience as it come out delicately tender, tasty and juicy when cooked. The high quality of the Seafood range makes me feast like a Royalty!! Can taste its natural sweetness.

A medley of perfectly-pressed sushi arranged in colourful row, a sight to behold! Appetizing visually and physically. The quality of the freshest different type of fish and other seafood come with sweet, natural flavour and melts in my mouth like butter. I especially love Nama Uni sushi! Truly an indulgent treat.

Each slice of the wagyu beef melted away instantly π₯Ί and the natural sweetness from the fresh firm prawn shone through π If you arenβt a fan of beef/seafood, you can also choose to substitute with iberico pork. The generous portions for the sukiyaki set can easily feed 3 eaters.
