Anyone up for a delicious evening of modern Spanish food? This half spring chicken with paella rice (S$7.90) totally hits the spot! The spice infused rice is perfectly flavoured and pairs wonderfully with both the spicy salsa like sauce, and the BBQ-like sauce. The chicken was grilled deliciously creating an gastronomical drama between the delicious lightly charred skin and the juicy flesh. 😋😋我的酒呢？！
