Koufu (Pioneer Mall)

As good as Sembawang White beehoon, or Boon Tong Kee's baimifen! The broth was rich, with a pretty good serving of sliced fish, clams and eggs! They were very, very very generous with their serving of pork lard too!

Very fresh pieces of fish. Decent amount of greens, tofu cubes, and tomatoes.

Accidentally discovered that Koufu is selling this gem! Thin and flaky chinese pastry that is similar to wife biscuit but with peanut filling.

$4. Very fragrant laksa curry with generous amount of steamed chicken, yellow mee, taupok and bean sprouts.

Comforting on a rainy day. Heard reviews that it’s even better with charsiew! 😋

$22.80. Sharing dish for 4 pax! Well grilled, crispy fish skin and juicy on the inside!! Packed with ingredients (veg, tofu skin, peanuts, mushrooms, lotus roots) at beneath the fish. Definitely filling as you would also need rice for this dish!

Super fragrant, you would be swarmed by the aroma of the broth as it’s a popular dish at Pioneer Mall’s koufu!

Cheaper alternative yet comparable quality to other signature stores. Good deal!! 👍🏻😛

Quite a decent curry puff for $0.8. Skin is not too thick with decent amount of potato filling.
