name aside, this sandwich was not small at all. Crispy potato buns hold together layers of crispy spam, arugula, cheddar & American cheese, perfectly fried egg & hot Mayo. This big breakfast-esque sandwich gets levelled up with that hot mayo which adds a gentle punch to what seems like a heavy bite.

Overall, the portions are great for the price point! As a small store, they have limited seats along the walkway, so first come first serve!

as the name suggests, this is breakfast in a sandwich form. You've got crispy spam, sauce gribiche (fancy French technique of something like an egg Mayo, but better), chives, American cheese between toasted brioche. This sinful slab oozes out when you pull the sandwich apart, giving you that wholesome feeling & a sloppy finish with the sauce dripping over your fingers.

this combination creates a great cheese-pull shot with an assortment of cheddar, mozz & American cheese with an addition of marinated juicy Roma toms, basil, caramelised onions sandwiched between crispy sourdough slices. This was simple yet extremely satisfying. The cheese wasn't overpowering which made it easy to finish in one seating.

A small shop within Far East Square selling donuts and sandwich, only takeaway here.

Their tuna melt is only available on every Friday. Stuffed with tuna salad, cheddar, fried egg, pickled chilli, tomatoes in between the whole-wheat sourdough.

Freshly made upon order so it would take some waiting time and longer during lunch hours. Lots of ingredients and I enjoy every bites of it.

Unassuming, hole-in-the-wall minimalistic sandwich stall within Far East Square. I’ve heard so much about their grilled sandwiches and am finally landing my hands on one! Korea’s current menu is rather limited in terms of protein options in unpreserved forms (ie. fresh meat!) They’re pretty much meatless or comes served with spam/ turkey ham. For the rather steep price point, I would expect more freshness in the grills. It’s unfortunate that duck is no longer on the menu! I dropped by for a visit on a Friday - just for the Tuna Melt which was available only on Fridays (Chicken - “Roasted Chook" is available on Thursdays at the time of writing).

The order took 10mins to be prepared and served - piping hot! I love how melty they look on the insides, and plus points to the sunny side up! I like how it wasn’t fully cooked - as pictured, it was slightly runny on the insides. It’s the perfect gooeyness to add to the gooey mess. The tuna salad (essentially tuna mixed with mayo and other seasoning), was also served with green chillies, a new flavour mix that I wasn’t aware could taste so good. All goodness sandwiched between whole-wheat sourdough grilled to golden brown, it’s simply amazing! I had one of the most gratifying lunches in the CBD to-date. The impressive tuna sandwich is now making me reconsider their spam-filled options… how could I dismiss them off just because they’re loaded with sodium!
