Kopitiam (Hillion Mall)

I was there on a weekday morning at 7.15am and the kopitiam was all quiet, with the stall owners preparing their business for the day.
I was the only one at the kopitiam. Ordered this toast and egg set for $2.60 (NTUC member price). I guess I am an easily contented girl. Such quiet morning breakfast makes me happy.

Best Inasal chicken I have ever tasted

Well i can say hillion mall has the best Japanese kopitiam food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😂😂 well to me it is. Our go to simple and japs food.

Enjoyed the brinjal, bittergourd, seaweed, cuttlefish, tofu, green pepper, lady's finger and enoki mushroom.

From the Dim Sum stall at Kopitiam food court at Hillion Mall. Honestly, pretty surprised by the fact that the Chee Cheong Fun here is made fresh upon order; the shrimp pieces were rather fresh but the Chee Cheong Fun itself was not as silken and smooth as what I would expect it to be; the sauce was also a little bit flat in terms of saltiness. Still solves those cravings for Chee Cheong Fun though.

Unfortunately, I’ve just got to eat it. At least the Katsu Curry rice behind is fresher. 🍛
