Itās made with an expresso machine too. Loved it and now know why thereās a constant long queue here
Aka Kopi Peng Siew Dai. East meets West in this fusion coffee drink - with our all familiar traditional Robusta beans used in kopi, but brewed using an Espresso machine. The result is a smoother and creamier version of our local kopis, while retaining its usual roasted aroma, but less acidic. There was no condensed milk vs evaporated milk option, the uncle seemed to use both in our drink.
If you think the local kopi tends to be too strong and the western coffees tend not to hit you as hard, you might want to give this a try, as it might just hit the spot for you.
Really delicious and fragrant coffee at such an attractive price - itās no wonder that the queues are long even on weekday afternoons. But I think it was worth the 20-30 minute wait, especially if you want some good coffee for half the price that you might need to pay at other coffee places.

Major love for the kopi from Kopi More, which is brewed with an espresso machine. The result is a strong, fragrant and smooth cup of kopiā. We much prefer the hot over the ice version even though we love ice coffeeš§, as the hot kopi tastes stronger and is more fragrant. Definitely a perfect afternoon teabreak drink to haveš! This might just be one of our favourite kopis in Singapore. True to its name, you just want moreš!
One thing different from this kopi stall as compared to the rest is that the uncle uses a barista coffee machine to brew out coffee from traditional local blends! The queue is about 20-30 mins long and I got the good old Kopi Peng Siew Dai ($2.30). This is really one of the best traditional coffee I've had, as it was so aromatic yet not acidic. The flavour was extreme smooth as well. Although the coffee notes were distinctly that of traditional coffee blends, the smoothness is really that from cafes. Absolutely loved the mix and if I have time, I will definitely queue again!
Tucked in the basement of Golden Mile Food centre - A freshly brewed cupppa coffee with traditional Robusta beans kopi powder but with a twist, using an European Espresso Machine.
The brew: Creamier and silkier than your usual hawker kopi but still packs a punch with itās roasty aroma. If you prefer a more bitter or acidic brew, this is probably not for you.
A beautiful pairing of East meets West coffee and at $1.90/cup, itās easy to see how Kopi More has managed to capture both the hearts of the young and old in the heartlands. Worth a shot after lunch if the queue is not too long.
Robust coffee flavour and very interesting to see western coffee served in Kopi style .
A bit of the east and west.
Good coffee āļø and very value for money at 1.90.
Best for a weather like this āļø.
