We also tried the pork gyoza with torched mentaiko sauce π₯ Call me basic - but I enjoyed the juicy pork and chives fillings. Cravings satisfied π
Throwback post - Lovely bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen during lunch. Not sure if I luck out or that is the normal portion, this solo piece of chashu is thick while broth is rice yet not so salty. Easily finish the whole bowl, so shiok πππ
Not sure why but seaweed come crumpled though π π π

The tonkotsu broth is on the thinner side but it's still pretty good. Spicy miso is really good tho, barely tastes like miso just a savoury sauce. Char siu has tender fats but the meat was slightly dry. Also it's only 1 piece. Black fungus is unseasoned, unacceptable. It tastes watery
For the add ons, lava egg was overcooked and not marinated enough. Menma was good and generous. Toroniku was super tender and flavourful but it's abit wasted here cos there's no crisp at all.
Overall the ramen is decent, not worth a visit when there's no many good ramen palces nearby
No more Miyazaki beef fried rice, that's damn sad. But doesn't rlly matter cos it wouldn't have been stunning anyway
Their fried rice is damn light. Seasoning wise as well. Quite average, no idea why it's hyped
The gyoza filling was okay, sauce had too much sesame oil, and the skin of the gyoza takes too long to chew.
Quite average, I wouldn't recommend their gyozas
Quite strong, abit too sweet
