Pittarino serves Neapolitan style pizza with a selection that has a touch of Japanese flavours. The Teriyaki Chicken & Scallion Pizza ($17.90) is a thin crust pizza and is topped with teriyaki chicken, sping onion, mozzarella, seaweed and a runny egg in the center before drizzled with mayo. It was baked with a nice char and it was airy and slightly chewier.
Selected some sashimi (swordfish, tuna and salmon). The pro of having it there was they helped to slice the sashimi on the spot after youโve purchased. Sashimi was very fresh and worth the price.
Truffle cream, sautรฉed mushroom & Mozzarella. Truffle was fragrant and definitely worth the price. Itโs savoury and tasted really good especially when eaten fresh.
Beef steak was tender and flavourful and the unagi was well grilled. Was very surprised at the portion given the price as the meat given was generally quite generous. Will come back again for this.

Garlic tonkotsu ramen ($15.50) ๐ 9/10
I was expecting the usual faint hint of garlic oil when I ordered this but I was greeted with a blast of pungent garlic with each rich spoon of soup. At the bottom of the bowl, I found crunchy slices of raw garlic that I happily chewed up with the other rice dishes here. Highly recommended if you're a garlic fiend like me!
On top of the soup, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazingly tender the tonkotsu slices were. I mean, swipe to look at how the meat just falls apart!
