really got that sweet taste with the syrup.

With sriracha mayo. Very small, that's why the price. Very spicy too. We both agreed it's spicier than McSpicy.

First time trying jollibee. I might try the one at lucky plaza when I get the chance. But so far I think the fried chicken is just ok. Tastes like the normal fast food. But I do not recommend the ice milo. They have given me a tonne of ice. I prefer the Milo from McDonalds. Definitely leave the ice milo alone.

This reminded me of a bygone era when Singaporean families marked celebrations with fast food. Of course, we have since upgraded to better food. Of course, there wasn't Jollibee haha. The sweet pasta is such comfort food. I tried the non-spicy Chickenjoy for the first time. Skip it, it's far inferior to spicy. The mashed potato was so lousy.

How else could Jollibee improve their signature Chickenjoy? By coating it in chilli sauce of course. JollyChilli Chicken is probably Jollibee’s attempt at Korean-style fried chicken and features fried chicken coated in a thick sweet and spicy sauce. They aren’t playing around with the spice though, so this isn’t a dish for those with a low spice tolerance. Otherwise, great to warm up your insides on a rainy day.

Despite being an “ala carte” item, the chicken actually comes with 1 side of your choice - great way to complete the meal.
