Not cheap but real stuffs… the desserts are not too sweet and are full of ingredients(see picture). in fact hubby found the mango sago too thick 😝

At Jin Yu Man Tang Dessert, the staff made this dessert right in front of you when served. Need to wait for about 5 minutes. Ginger milk curd (姜撞奶) is a China local Cantonese dessert, can also be eaten as a snack, which is mainly made by the physical reaction between fresh ginger juice with the milk. The ginger juice and the milk will coagulate and forms a ginger milk curd at a certain temperature (70 – 80 degrees).
