Chicken cutlet, braised mushroom and vegetables with their signature al-dente and springy noodle tossed in savoury homemade sauce. Other than the difference in toppings/ingredients, the noodle and sauce taste the same as the ones in their wanton noodle. The chicken cutlet is huge, chunky, juicy and not oily at all. It was still crispy even after leaving it there for some time. Definitely value for money 》$4.50

The noodles are slightly thicker than mee kia, somewhere similar to the thickness of ramen noodles. It is also a healthier option where they do not include ghee in their noodles. The noodles here are cooked al-dente and springy using a machine before being tossed in their flavourful homemade sauce. Each bowl is priced affordably and value for money looking at the number of ingredients you get in a bowl. The signature char siew wanton noodle comes with char siew, soup wanton, deep-fried wanton, braised mushrooms and vegetables. Topped with bits of crunchy pork lard and shallots. Needless to say, this is one of the places that serve very good noodles with quality and affordable price 》$4.50

The bowl of Signature noodles was generously loaded with ingredients like Char Siew Slices, minced pork, braised mushrooms, wantons, pork lard as well as greens.

I was swept away by how flavourful and by its piquant taste when I had the first mouthful. It has a unique fragrant that was not commonly found in normal hawker noodles on top of those pork lard bits. Texture of the noodle is springy too.

Came back here today to get the $5.50 bowl of signature wanton mee for breakfast!! The amount of ingredients provided was really generous and never fails to impress. Just look at the amount of char siew served, and there is a good mix of lean and fatty pieces!! The fried wanton was really crispy, while the steamed ones had a lot of meat filling in them. πŸ˜‹

Would encourage everyone to come for breakfast because there isn't a queue and it's a lot easier to find a seat at the hawker centre!

Followed where the queues took me and boy was I not disappointed! Love the al dante noodles (similar to that of Eng’s) which I don’t normally find, I much prefer this to the usual translucent yellow wanton mee noodles (if you know, you know).

This stall serves wanton noodles with noodles that are of the thicker and less springy variety, so it may not suit everyone's tastes. However, the highlight is really the amount of ingredients you get for just $4.50 - 2 wanton, 2 fried wanton, many pieces of mushrooms and char siew. It is really one of the most value-for-money dishes around!

Do make sure you mix the noodles well in the sauce before eating (which can be a little hard because of the sheer number of ingredients)! If possible, I would advise you to try the stall during breakfast hours, as the queue is a lot shorter than that during lunchtime, especially on weekdays.
