Very fleshy and grilled skin was bits crispy. I find it's on the saltier side though goes well with rice & salad. Strong savoury taste with some char was much welcomed.
Unagi don is well mastered, and it's almost a 1:1 ratio with the rice, feels like a real treat! Goes perfectly with the egg

No GST here. Love the uni ikura bowl. Priced at 35 nett. Very generous with their ikura. Will return again!
